Produce and track all release related artifacts Chair QA stake holders meetings to track testing status and release readiness. Monitor progress and report project status daily to Integration Release Lead.
Maintain Issues and Risk log as it relates to Quality Assurance and immediately inform Integration Release Lead and Management of Project concerns that impact testing and release schedules. Coordinate with project team, testing environments and Performance Engineering Group to schedule resources, Represent Integration Release team in project team meetings. Integration with the with Release Management team to schedule releases for on-time delivery of projects. Identification and communication of project and system dependencies. Coordinate with Release Management Integration Lead to forecast Development Effort Estimates, QA effort, including Functional, Integrated and Performance testing. Assisting in engaging Quality Assurance resources for project testing and project base-lining. Delivery of a release in accordance with governance, business requirements and established deadlines. Ensuring effective and efficient operation in the preparation, building, testing and implementation of change related activities. Day to day planning and operation for all release related activities. Represent Integration Release team and Quality Assurance in Large Portfolio of projects. Working in close collaboration with and direct oversight of Release Management Integration Lead this role will fulfill the following responsibilities.
